Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Your favorite ice cream flavor
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Mix flour and baking soda together in a small bowl
Put butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy
The egg and vanilla extract should be added and mixed in well
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just barely mixed
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough on a baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie
Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown
Let the cookies cool all the way down on the baking sheet
Once the cookies are cool, put a lot of your favorite flavor of ice cream on the bottom of one of them
On top of the ice cream, put the bottom side of another cookie
This will make a sandwich
Press down gently to keep the cookies together
Do it again with the rest of the ice cream and cookies
You can serve them right away or wrap each one in plastic wrap and freeze them to enjoy later
